Crothers Construction is proud to be delivering the new Administration Building at Scotch College, a landmark project that marks the final stage of the College's M Block Redevelopment and reinforces our strong track record in delivering exceptional education facilities across Western Australia.
Prominently positioned at the Shenton Road entrance, the new three-story building will establish a welcoming front door to the College while creating a modern administrative hub that supports the ongoing evolution of the school precinct. Designed to enhance the experience of students, staff, parents and visitors alike, the facility will provide contemporary workspaces and flexible administration areas that meet the needs of a thriving educational community.
Construction is being undertaken within a live operational school environment, requiring detailed planning, staged delivery and close collaboration with stakeholders. Leveraging our extensive experience in education projects, Crothers Construction is implementing carefully managed construction methodologies that prioritise safety, maintain uninterrupted College operations and minimise impacts on students, staff and visitors throughout the build.
Scheduled for completion in Winter 2027, the school Administration Building represents a significant investment in the future of Scotch College.
