Works are underway for the recently awarded Lesmurdie Primary School contract. The redevelopment comprises of 3 separable portions. Stage 1 includes the site clearing and earthworks to accommodate three new buildings, new car parking, hardstand, landscaping and associated services provisions. Stage 2 comprises of demolition of the existing buildings, site clearing and earthworks to accommodate two new buildings, external features, new car parking and landscape works. The final stage is the removal of temporary works and services associated with transportable buildings, making good and landscaping.
