Awarded in early 2024, Crothers Construction proudly delivered the rebuild and expansion of Brabham Primary School
as part of the Western Australian Government’s investment in contemporary education infrastructure.

Delivered across four separable portions, the project significantly expanded and enhanced the school’s facilities while
creating modern, inclusive spaces designed to support a diverse range of learning needs.

Our scope of works included:

• Extension of the existing Kindergarten facility.

• Construction of a new two-storey teaching block comprising 16 contemporary classrooms.

• Delivery of a purpose-built Educational Support Hub incorporating a hydrotherapy pool, change room
facilities, therapy rooms, gymnasium, sensory room and a permanently shaded external play area specifically
designed to support students with additional needs.

• Extensive upgrades to car parking and school entry points.

• Landscaping improvements across the site.

• Installation of two striking pieces of public artwork.

The completed redevelopment has transformed Brabham Primary School into an inclusive, contemporary and
engaging learning environment, providing high-quality facilities that will support students, staff and the wider school
community for years to come.
