The works to the existing Yanchep Lagoon Primary School project includes the construction of new teaching blocks, a new library and covered assembly and refurbishment of existing teaching blocks and the administration building. The works have been completed in 2 major stages with the existing school remaining operational throughout the work stages.
The works were carefully managed and planned to ensure no disruption to the school through the extensive works to be carried out. In addition to the construction of the new buildings the works also included demolition, asbestos removal, services upgrades, car parking and extensive landscaping.
