Crothers have completed works, to the new 25 bed expansion, to the existing Bedingfeld Park Residential Aged Care Facility in Pinjarra.
The scope of works for the expansion project included new car parking facilities and extensive service upgrades for the facility. This was carried out as an early works package prior to the main demolition and removal of 7 existing independent living units and extensive site infrastructure works for the new entry to the facility. The construction of a new 25 bed aged care unit with associated support facilities, a new Administration Centre and significant alterations and additions to the existing administration and laundry area. The works also involved the re-roofing of the existing facility. The works were carefully planned and coordinated with the operator as the existing facility remained operational throughout the duration of the works.
