The structural works for the new warehouse, bulky goods showrooms and office development at 134 Pilbara Street, Welshpool for the Coxon Group of Companies is underway.
The scope of works includes the following:-
- 3,000m2 of warehouse space ( incorporating 600m2 of office/showroom)
- 470m2 of canopy
- 1,640m2 of hardstand area
- Installation of crossovers and car parking areas
- Fencing and security
- Hard and soft landscaping
