Crothers is proud to be delivering the new Alkimos Sands Primary School, formerly known as Alkimos North East Primary School, in Perth’s rapidly growing northern corridor.
Currently under construction within the Alkimos Vista Estate, the new primary school will accommodate up to 540 students from Kindergarten to Year 6 when it opens for the 2027 school year.
The new campus will include an administration building, library, three teaching blocks, covered assembly area, oval, hardcourts and car parking, providing contemporary learning facilities to support the growing Alkimos community.
We are pleased to see the project progressing and proud to play a role in delivering another significant education facility for Western Australia.
