Two Projects Honoured for Excellence in Project Delivery
Crothers Construction is proud to announce that two of our projects have been recognised at the 2026 Australian Institute of Building (AIB) Professional Excellence in Building Awards, highlighting our commitment to quality project delivery, strong stakeholder collaboration, and construction excellence.
The Rossmoyne Senior High School Redevelopment and Cardup Career Fire and Rescue Service Station were both acknowledged by the AIB, recognising the outstanding efforts of our project teams and the collective contribution of our clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project partners.
The Rossmoyne Senior High School Redevelopment received a High Recommendation, acknowledging the successful delivery of a major education project within a live operational school environment. The redevelopment required meticulous planning, detailed staging and close stakeholder engagement to ensure ongoing school activities could continue safely and with minimal disruption throughout construction. The outcome has delivered enhanced educational facilities that will support students and staff for years to come.
The Cardup Career Fire and Rescue Service Station were also recognised for excellence in project delivery, reflecting Crothers' capability in delivering critical emergency services infrastructure. Designed to support frontline emergency responders, the facility provides a modern, purpose-built environment that enhances operational readiness and contributes to the safety and resilience of the surrounding community.
