Construction Underway at Vasse West Primary School
Crothers Construction has commenced works on the new Vasse West Primary School, delivering a purpose-built education facility that will support the growing Vasse community in Western Australia's South West.
Scheduled to open in 2028, the new school will provide contemporary learning environments designed to accommodate future generations of students, incorporating a range of educational, administrative and recreational facilities.
The development includes two double-storey teaching blocks, featuring specialist art, science and inclusive education facilities, alongside dedicated kindergarten and pre-primary classrooms. Additional facilities include an administration building with dental therapy services, a library and staff building, and a covered assembly area.
Extensive outdoor facilities, including playgrounds, hardcourts, a playing oval and landscaped grounds, will complement the teaching spaces, creating a welcoming and engaging environment for students and staff.
Drawing on our experience delivering education projects across Western Australia, Crothers will coordinate the construction of multiple buildings and associated external works, with a focus on quality, programme management and efficient project delivery.
The project also provides opportunities to engage regional subcontractors, suppliers and trades, supporting local industry participation throughout construction.
With works now underway and completion anticipated in late 2027, Crothers looks forward to delivering a modern education facility that will make a lasting contribution to the Vasse community.
We are proud to play a part in creating a new learning environment that will support local students and families for generations to come.
