Crothers Construction have recently completed the $15.4M upgrade to Lesmurdie Primary School, replacing the outdated buildings with new modern, purpose-built facilities that have been designed to incorporate the surrounding local environment. Delivered in two stages, the work package included:
Stage 1:
- Site clearing and earthworks
- New car parking and hardstand
- Two teaching blocks for early and junior students.
- Purpose built early learning play area.
- Covered assembly area.
- Hardcourts
Stage 2:
- Demolition works
- Administration block
- Dental Therapy Centre
- Teaching block for senior students
- New Staff room and Board room
- Central lawn area
- Art installation
