Crothers Construction have completed 2 of the construction of the new Grandis Primary School. The works included:
- Forward works inclusive of bulk earthworks, mass retaining, stairs and ramps, civil drainage works
- An Administration Building & Dental Therapy Building
- A library Resource Centre
- 5 new teaching blocks
- Covered Assembly
- Multi-purpose playing court, oval, soft & hard paved play areas
