The building structure consists of tilt-up concrete wall panels, supported by structural steel with insulated roof cladding to the retail area of the building. Ancillary staff area, back of house facilities including a loading bay and docking station form part of the works. The overall facility includes additional tenancy blocks fronting Beaufort Street. External car park works, landscaping works and upgrades to the frontage of the new building on Beaufort Street completes the overall works.
