Crothers have been engaged by St Mary’s Anglican Girls School to complete the construction of a brand-new $25M Creative Arts and Design Centre at the campus in Karrinyup. Designed to cater for the School’s Immersive Art Program, the three-storey development includes specialised art and design classrooms, multi-purpose rooms, general workshops, lecture theatres and new amenities for staff and students. A centrally located stairwell provides access to a function centre and gallery, showcasing student works and providing access to the ground floor amphitheatre, connecting natural spaces to the north and east of the site.
Works on this site are expected to be completed in 2023.
