Crothers recently completed and handed over the Rockingham Central Shopping Centre. Over the last three months sections of the development were progressively handed over to the client, allowing tenants including The Good Guys, Adore Living, Anytime Fitness, Kitchen Warehouse to complete final shop fit out with a number of tenancies already trading.
The Shopping Centre works included retail tenancies, office tenancies and café facilities and all external works to the facilities including car parking, landscape and all external services.
